Defending world champion Lewis Hamilton’s season has suffered another setback.

The British Mercedes driver has qualified in 10th place for today’s Russian Grand Prix following a recurrence of an engine failure that put him at the back of the grid at the previous race in China.

He is now 36 points behind his German team-mate Nico Rosberg, who begins yet another race from pole.

Hamilton has hit trouble in every race so far this season, finishing second, third and seventh while Rosberg has taken three victories.
