His acting in action films frequently gets fans’ pulses racing.

But this time it’s revving engines that gets the adrenaline pumping, with none other than Brad Pitt waving the flag to start the 84th annual ‘Le Mans 24 Hours’ car race in France.

The handsome Hollywood actor wears an all-white overall and oversized shades, as the Oscar-winner walks from the pitt lane to the start line of the world’s oldest endurance car event.

And the fresh-faced 52 year-old later fulfils a fantasy for many Le Mans-loving men, by being driven for a lap around the legendary circuit with two times former winner Alex Wurz.
